For our self-pay and out-of-network patients, we can provide a superbill upon request.

 

A superbill is a detailed receipt containing all of the information your insurance company would require for possible reimbursement. This will be dependent on your individual out-of-network insurance benefits. We are happy to verify your benefits prior to your initial appointment and to guide you in the superbill submission process.
